Q3: How to configure the air volume of the dust colector?
A 3: There is an exhaust port at the botom of the cutting platform, which is already standard when the laser cutting machine leaves the factory. You only need to measure the diameter of the pipe , and then tel us, by calculation, you can know how much air volume is needed for the dust collector .
Q4: Alot of sparks wil be generated during cutting, which may scald the filter material of the dust collector or burn the filter material directly, causing a fire accident . How to avoid such accidents?
A4 : Install spark catcher. There are three types of spark traps, embedded baffle type, pipe baffle type, and pipe swirl type.The spark catcher uses a labyrinth structure to make the spark enter the cold plate several times to extinguish it .
Q5: The dust and fume generated during cutting will polute the air in the workshop .How to eliminate such pollution?
